You can access paid features of the Service only by spending our virtual currency, "Coins". You can purchase Coins in separate packages. Such purchases are available as an "In-App" purchase option.
BlinkStory reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service. BlinkStory will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information posted on the Service up to date. We encourage you to check our Service periodically for the latest pricing information.
You authorize BlinkStory to collect all payments for orders you place and for any level of Service you choose, as described in these Terms. Payments for purchases (regardless of value and amount) will be processed by the Third-Party Service from which the purchase is made. You can access the applicable "In-App" purchase rules and policies directly on the Third-Party Service.
BlinkStory may also offer users the possibility to earn Coins for viewing rewarded ads, rewarded interstitials and/or other types of ads placed within the Application ("Rewarded Ads"). The reward amount (i.e., the number of Coins a user may receive, etc.) may vary and will be displayed in the Application and available for each user to view before the Rewarded Ads begin. Rewarded ads are served after a user explicitly opts in to view them.
With this in mind, you acknowledge and agree that we may allow third-party ads, including ads tailored to you, to be displayed on or in connection with the Services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on the use of your personal data in connection with third-party ads.
BlinkStory assumes no responsibility for any interactions you may decide to have with third-party advertisers, including, without limitation, any reliance on ads or any subsequent commercial transactions that may occur between you and advertisers.
If you are not registered on the Services and/or are not logged into your account, you will lose your coins upon resetting your device. If you are not registered and/or are not logged into your account, please do not reset your device to avoid losing your coins.

Once you subscribe, we (or our third-party payment processor) will automatically charge you the subscription fee on each renewal date. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term (monthly, every week, every 1 month, or other, depending on the option you selected at the time of purchase) until you cancel your subscription or we terminate your access to or use of the App or Subscription in accordance with the Terms.
Once the purchase is confirmed, we will charge the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to the payment method you submitted.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring fees until you cancel your subscription.
You can purchase our app subscriptions on the App Store or Google Play. App subscriptions give you access to double gifts, premium customer support, and have your profile marked as a premium user.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
If you purchased your subscription on our website: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team via email.
If you purchased your subscription on the App Store: You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Only you can manage your subscription.
If you purchased a subscription on Google Play: You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period. Only you can manage your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have the right to use the App until the end of your current subscription period. We may cancel your subscription if you fail to pay the subscription fee, breach the Terms, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change the subscription fee at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such price change by posting the new price on or through the App and/or sending you an email notification or other prominent means. If you do not want to pay the new subscription fee, you may cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases on the Service are final, non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable. If you purchased using an Apple ID, refunds will be processed by Apple, not by us. Your purchase will be subject to Apple's applicable payment policies, which may also not provide for refunds.
If you cancel your subscription midway through the subscription period, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period at the time of cancellation.
If you purchased using an Apple ID, refunds will be processed by Apple, not by us. Your purchase will be subject to Apple's applicable payment policies, which may also not provide for refunds.
Notice to residents of certain U.S. states. If you reside in California and cancel the Terms of Use at any time prior to midnight on the third business day after you register on the Site (without penalty or obligation), we will refund all amounts paid by you within ten days of your notice of cancellation.
Notice to EU residents. You hereby require immediate performance of the Terms of Use and acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw from the Terms of Use once the Terms of Use are fully performed. Therefore, if you cancel the Terms of Use for any reason and without good cause within 14 days of your registration on the Site, you will be entitled to a refund (i.e., unused credits only).
BlinkStory may offer promotional offers with different features and different prices to any BlinkStory user. BlinkStory may limit these offers to a specific and limited range of users or non-users at its sole discretion. Any promotional funds or coins placed into a user's account by BlinkStory for use in the Service remain the property of BlinkStory (they never become the property of the user and are never returned to the user) and may only be used for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in the Service or in an email sent to the user.
